Preheat at 180-200ยฐC for 5 minutes. Defrost the mackerel skin side up and cook for 15 minutes, then flip and cook for 5 more minutes.

Mix 1 tbsp cooking oil + 1 tbsp vinegar well, brush evenly on both sides of the thawed mackerel. Heat the frying pan, cook the mackerel skin side down until browned and then cook the other side on low heat to finish.
