Manufacturing Method with Sincerity

Using four main ingredients: loach, napa cabbage, green onion, and rice plantain, the chueotang is boiled with care. The labor-intensive process takes 7 hours from 4 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Easy Cooking of Chueotang Meal Kit

1. Thawing
   - Refrigerated thawing (below 10ºC)
   - Warm water thawing (below 90ºC)
2. Cooking
   - Put the thawed chueotang in a pot and stir well. Boil for about 3-5 minutes.

How to Enjoy Chueotang Deliciously

Add the supplied seasoning powder (Jepi) little by little to taste.

Add aromatic vegetables (Kwakhyang) according to your personal preference.

Feel free to add garlic, green onions, and chili peppers to suit your taste (basic seasoning is included in the product).
