Why protein is needed in diet management

Low body fat and good muscle tone require protein as part of the diet. Protein aids in restoring damaged muscles and promotes muscle fiber growth. Coupled with proper exercise, a protein-inclusive diet is beneficial.

Why dietary fiber is important in diet management

Martinzo fermented konjac ramen contains over 13% protein, which helps maintain protein levels. Its main ingredient, konjac, is rich in glucomannan dietary fiber, accounting for 28% of its content, which gently stimulates the intestines.

"Konjac noodles donโ€™t taste good?"

How was your experience with traditional konjac noodles?

Konjacโ€™s unique texture doesnโ€™t feel great. Honestly, itโ€™s nothing like ramen.

User: Maintainer Yang OO

I used to eat konjac often when it was popular but hated its unique odor and stopped eating it.

User: Diet manager OO

Konjac noodles do not absorb sauce well, but I prefer noodles that soak up the broth completely.

User: Night snack addict OO

Three major issues of konjac noodles improved after 3 years of effort

After many tests over three years, we developed a fermented konjac manufacturing method that improved three major problems: konjac texture, odor, and poor absorption of sauce.

  • Rough texture
  • Konjacโ€™s characteristic odor
  • Noodles that poorly absorb sauce

Point 01: Chewier and softer soybean protein konjac noodles

Made by purifying nutrients like protein from soybeans.

Protein, amino acid, sugar

Strong elasticity and chewiness unmatched by regular ramen

Point 02: Reduced konjac odor

Fermentation reduces glucosides, organic acids, and minerals causing konjacโ€™s distinct smell.

Regular konjac noodles: 34-52

Fermented konjac noodles: 12-15

No need to rinse separately, just discard preservation water to cook right away.

Point 03: Sauce-absorbing noodles

Fermentation creates many holes that let broth penetrate, enhancing flavor.

Calories are only one-eighth of regular ramen!

Enjoy it anytime you crave ramen without hesitation.

Regular ramen 500 kcal

Fermented konjac protein ramen 59 kcal

Reduce sodium to one-third

Compared to regular ramen or udon, sodium is less than half, achieving a balanced spicy powder to maintain ramen flavor.

Ramen 2,075mg sodium

Udon 2,390mg sodium

Fermented konjac ramen sodium 838 mg

Abundant toppings complete the ramen!

Seasonings include bok choy, carrot, green onion, shiitake mushroom, seaweed, and beef-flavored flakes for authentic ramen taste.

Sodium is reduced with a golden ratio spicy powder blend developed to keep steamed ramen flavor.

Low calorie / Low sodium / Low sugar / Low fat - Four conditions fulfilled for real ramen flavor

Perfect spicy and refreshing flavor when stressed.
