How to Use

Follow these 10 steps carefully for accurate results:

1. Step 1: Wash your hands thoroughly before opening the kit.
2. Step 2: Open the sealed swab package carefully without touching the tip.
3. Step 3: Tilt your head slightly backward and insert the swab about 2cm into one nostril; rotate swab 5 times.
4. Step 4: Repeat the same process in the other nostril using the same swab.
5. Step 5: Insert the swab into the extraction buffer tube; rotate swab 10 times while pressing it against the tube wall.
6. Step 6: Squeeze the tube several times to extract the sample from the swab and then remove the swab.
7. Step 7: Close the tube with the dropper tip provided.
8. Step 8: Place 3 drops of the extracted sample into the sample well of the test cassette.
9. Step 9: Wait for 15 minutes; do not read results after 30 minutes to avoid inaccurate interpretation.
10. Step 10: Read and interpret the results as explained on the following section.

Results Interpretation

• Negative: One line appears at the control region (C) only.
• Positive: Two lines appear; one at control region (C) and one at test region (T).
• Invalid: No line appears at control region (C). Test should be repeated with a new kit.

Note: The test line may appear faint but if visible, it should be considered positive.

Precautions

• Do not use the test kit after the expiration date printed on the package.
• Use the test kit at room temperature (15–30°C) for accurate results.
• Do not eat, drink, or smoke 30 minutes before collecting the sample.
• Keep the test kit out of reach of children.
• For external use only.
• Do not reuse any components of the kit.
• If you have symptoms or a positive result, contact a healthcare professional immediately.

Storage

Store the test kit at 2–30°C away from direct sunlight and moisture.
