Storage Method

Thawing Method

Store in the refrigerator immediately after receipt, and it tastes best if consumed within 2-3 days.

Thaw in the refrigerator or thaw the sashimi fillet package as is in cold water, then wrap in paper towels to remove moisture before slicing.

For aged sashimi, wrap in paper towels and place in an airtight container, then refrigerate for about one more day.

If you want long-term storage, please keep it frozen.
