Storage Method

If you consume within 2 days of receipt, store in the refrigerator, and for long-term storage, keep it frozen.

Since freshness decreases the longer it is frozen, we recommend consuming immediately after receipt.

Thawing Method

Store in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt and consume within 2 to 3 days for the best taste.

For refrigerated thawing or thawing from the package, wrap the sashimi fillet with a damp towel to remove excess moisture before slicing.

If you want to enjoy aged sashimi, wrap it with a damp towel and place it in an airtight container, then refrigerate for about one more day.

For long-term storage, freeze it.
